- Need to liaise with main contractors, sub contractors and other parties involved the projects
- Monitoring and reporting on project costs

Experience Required:

2) Job Title: Sales Executive - Furnishing Division
Principle Duties & Responsibilities :
- Managing established Clients & providing good customer service
- Track business opportunities with new clients
- Pricing/estimating for projects and tenders
- Review quotations prepared by sales co-ordinators & follow up with clients to convert quotations into job orders
- General Project Management, tracking delivery dates and co-ordination with production and clients to ensure that schedules are followed and clients are kept updated at every stage of the project
- Interacting with clients regarding enquiries, running projects, amendments in contract etc.
- After sales service, submission of invoices, collection of payments
- Need to liaise with main contractors, sub contractors and other parties involved the projects
- Develop strategy to achieve company sales target
- Maintaining database of clients and competitors
Experience Required:
